Practice Enhancement Services is a veterinary exclusive consulting company featuring an interactive “hands-on” consultation program. You can expect a member of our staff to be in your practice on a weekly basis for the duration of the consult. Also, you can expect PES to hold you and your staff accountable.

Practice Enhancement Services was founded in 1999 by Mike Johnston. PES was started primarily in response to the lack of satisfaction associated with long distance consulting services.  Due to our interactive approach our services are primarily limited to the Southeast including Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi and Kentucky.

PES encompasses a large scope of veterinary practices from the new single practice owner to the large multi-doctor veterinary practice.
